Pay: £14,000 To £19,000 pa depending on skills and experience

Our award winning adviser contact centre in Stirling is one of the largest of its kind in the UK. Our trained call consultants handled over 1 million inbound calls in 2007 involving more than 2 million customer transactions. We handle both inbound and outbound calls making 250,000 outbound calls in 2007.
This is not a sales position and offers a working week of 37.5 hours with shifts between 8:00am and 8:00pm. There is no weekend or evening work.
Salary range is from £14000 - £19000 dependant upon experience.
You will need;

¢ Keyboard / typing skills.
¢ Decision making and basic problem solving skills.

¢ Time management skills and organisational skills.
¢ Inter-personal skills.
