Resourcer urgently required for a busy recruitment office, must have office experience. The successful candidate will be required to provide an efficient and effective clerical and administrative support function to the Recruitment Consultants.

Duties will include:
• Meeting and greeting of clients and candidates.
• Pre-screening candidates before interview
• Arranging candidates for interview.
• Matching candidates C.V.’s to client job specs
• Mailing of information to clients and candidates..
• Setting up candidates for test , reporting and printing of test results
• Account managing when consultant is off site
• Record and communicate messages for relevant members of staff.
• Collection and distribution of mail
• Photocopying of documentation.
• Collate statistical reports as and when required.
• Providing a friendly and professional telephone service, assisting clients and candidates with enquiries and queries.
• Creating and administrating letters.
• Keeping candidates / client records up to date.
• Maintaining candidate / client data base

You must have a strong but professional telephone manner. Capable of working on your own initiative, prioritise allocated work load. Must have excellent organisational skills.

The successful candidate is required to posses a good standard of English, excellent keyboard and numeric skills in order to produce accurate reports. IT Literate and posses a good working knowledge of relevant computer systems. Experience within the recruitment industry would be and advantage
